This place was once nice (a little more than 2 years ago), since then they seem to let anyone who owns a car into a leasing contract. Tons of dogs are here, and about 95% of the owners don't pickup after them. The other 5% won't pickup after their dogs in the winter months. So, because of the types of people who are starting to move in here there are problems: trash everywhere (no one picks up), cars being worked on in the parking lot or non working cars & a ton of cig butts everywhere I could go on & on. Another thing, if you plan on renting an upper make sure the people below are not smokers or you can never open your living room window. Also, if you have a problem with people allowing their dogs to walk up into are area & bushes and do their stuff, and then don't rent lowers (smell urine & ---- all day long if you like your windows open). BTW, ask them about the boarded up windows on the club house, they have been this way for almost a year now. In closing, the leasing agent isn't hot she is just your normal everyday run of the mill girl who tries to come across like she s all that!! Typical Friday/Sat. night club looking chick nothing special or classy there smart males know to look past these type women, unless of course your just looking for some action. The sad thing for me is, we have to deal with the decline for another 2 years

Forget to mention the dogs, and the boarded up windows. This place is all bells and whistles when you do a walk through and then you move in and realize its one of the worst in Brownsburg.

I am the Manager of Bayberry Place Apartments and I am not sure if anyone had noticed but the window is fixed in the fitness center. also the parking lot has recently been repaved and ceilings are getting replaced in the breeze ways. Im am not relly sure on what the looks of the leasing agent really matters when trying to find a place to call home. If you have a issue with me not getting things done this is news to me and would love to hear about it! I am truely sorry that everyone feels this way but like I said this is all news to me! Also the reason there is no water in the fitness center is due to people letting there children in the center and not caring what they do with the water. There is a water fountian right in the hallway try using that!

I have lived here since May 2006 and my lease is up the end of next month and i am debating what to do. True, the fitness center equipment seems to be on going, yet the treadmill does work. I just have 2 main complaints, 1 minor. The smoke that seems to come through the exhaust vents from tenants below and through the windows if you open for fresh air, and the poor quality of water that stains the rubber of your front loader washer as well as the sink. The minor issue is cars being worked on in the parking lot, a few that sat for months, yes, I counted, but finally they were towed, or removed. For the square footage, Bayberry is a good deal, but my rent did go up. I don't know, still thinking, but do like the closeness to stores and banks. In response to the Main Property manager, when I did bring issues, they were resolved and it is true, you call maintenance, they get back to you quick and are right there. So that is cool, especially if it is 2am with a burst water pipe, which did indeed happen and they fixed it. Just my 2 cents worth.
