Where to begin, even as I sit here and write this review I see things to write about. There are apartment walkways where the paint on the ceiling is falling off, cracked and nobody has touched it in awhile. There are exposed drywall screws that were painted over instead of being properly taken care of, not only in my unit, but in multiple units I have been in. The pool area doesnt have a kid pool, and the pool area is used as party central, at any given time there are multiple people drinking and smoking in the pool area, even if multiple families with children are in the area. The gym has broken equipment, they put up a sign that they have called a company to come out and fix it, but months later still nobody has come to fix it, and it looks like a cable sheathing has come off is all. The water tank in the gym area also has not had water in it for awhile. There are broken beer bottles in some areas of the parking lot, in most cases when it is cleaned up its just swept into the grass off the walkways. No play area for children. Parking here is horrible, you have people who will park by your building and walk to a different building that has ample parking by it, just atrocious they need to seriously think about assigned parking.

Bright spots here would include any calls to maintance, they are quick to come and take care of any issues that you have, and they are polite. They get the job done correctly, and I have had no issues with them at all. Trash is also adequate, they have multiple drop off points for trash, and none are too far away. Residents though do stack trash too high or drop it on the ground instead of putting it in the dumpster.

If you are looking to live in Brownsburg, IN then I would say go and look at Brownsburg Crossing, we have friends who live there, and they love it.
