unfair to long term residents

I've lived here a year and a half. They renewed my lease and sent me another renewal and now they suddenly won't do it. Reason is because all these new people moved in, including this: an old couple beneath me who complain about EVERYTHING. Even DIRT falling between the cracks of my patio when my potted plant fell over!' So everytime I took care of some new complaint by them, they'd find something else to complain about. Well, finally this was too many complaints and they just informed me to vacate! After a year and a half and paying excessively high rent.
