Don't Let the Place Fool You Too

I have lived here for two years and just renewed my lease. The office staff is excessively nice on location, but when I see them out and about town, they will not even acknowledge my existence. THAT is my number one peeve. Also, the place is junk -- everything falls apart here. Including, the window in my bedroom leaks everytime it rains and has for two years -- they keep promising they will fix it, but never have. I wonder how much this adds to my winter utility bills' The only reason why I stay is because of the convenience of the location and I hate to move. My neighbors are all rude and snobbish (without good reason either). I have had stuff stolen that was left outside of my door by mail persons at least three times -- in fact, they have changed the policy and all items go to the office now. I would not reccomend getting lured in here. When I moved in, I had to put down a deposit of $720 and was told that when I renew my lease, I will get it back or use it for my 13th months rent. When I renewed, they said "no it is a deposit and you will get it back when and if you move" Now two new leases later, they still have my money. They never clear the parking lots in the winter -- I guess that is why we have renters insurance.
