I have lived at Brownsburg Crossing for about 6 months and have thus far found it a lovely place to live! The neighborhood is very quiet and the complex always looks great. We had a blast at the pool this summer and it was hardly ever crowded. The person's review before mine cracks me up. The staff is paid to service issues regarding your apartment, which they do well, not be your buddy. The maintenance crew is always friendly, prompt and do a good job at whatever requests I have made. They have even come on a Saturday to extract water from my carpet after a bad storm. The other lady that reviewed saying her neighbors were a pain is also funny to me. I know these neighbors (have heard them complain about her) and while, yes they are picky, they are also very sweet. They just bought me a washer and dryer yesterday, how awesome is that!! My only complaint is that the carpet is not of high quality and the excessive building in this area has caused spiders to make thier home with us. Move on in, just don't let the bed bugs bite!

The poo hardly crowded? Did you go at 10 pm? LOL! You wrote "They have even come on a Saturday to extract water from my carpet after a bad storm." Let's see.....that would meen that you window seals suck, right. That's what the other person was saying. Mine suck too. The wind blows through even when they are shut! Putting the shrink plastic up doesn't even help. And as far as the neighbors thing......It sound like they BOUGHT your response. LOL! How's the washer and dryer? Why couldn't you afford to buy them yourself?
