not too bad if you live upstairs, and watch out for the maintenance crew stealing stuff from your locker/storage.

We lived in an upstairs three bedroom apartment for one year with no problems at all. We signed a second year lease and moved to a two bedroom downstairs apartment. My wife and I both worked the night shift, come to find out the lady that lived upstairs had a daycare service of about eight children running and jumping all day while we tried to sleep. Management told us that nobody was suppose to have any kind of business running out of their apartments. So they talked to the lady. In turn she wrote us a letter saying she would be moving into her new home in two months and that she would try to keep the noise down, that she didn?t want to be thrown out on the street with her own children. That made us feel real good about ourselves. And there is only so much you can do to make children be quite. We decided to keep our mouths shut and try to get through the two months. Then there was one day when I was passing our storage locker on the other side of the complex and noticed the maintenance men pulling all my things out of my storage locker. I asked what they were doing and they realized that this must be my locker. They had made a huge mistake, they thought it was somebody else?s locker that had moved out. They put most things back in the locker. When we moved out we noticed a lot of things missing. I did file a police report and reported it to my insurance but didn?t recieve anything for the missing property. There were too many things going on in this two month period so we gave brownsburg crossing a thirty day notice of our leaving. And paid them through for the two months on the new lease. We did recieve a letter from them a couple of months later saying that we owed them $6,000.00, well you know they got paid that!!! Guess they decided that a little law suit wouldn?t work too well here with all that had been done to us.
