I've posted 2 times now, once when I first moved in and it was great and then in response to another posting and I am impressed because I just recieved a call from the office advising they seen my complaint and would like to correct it. A work order has been put in for the insulation.
The fact that comments are even read/heard let alone an attempt to correct is made is always impressive. It will be my first time dealing with the maintenance since it has changed so I can't comment on that service either.

I still haven't seen any of the other complaints that others have posted so I can not comment on those. I have never seen a knife fight but I have seen unruly children, which I dont' blame the apartments for that but the parents of those kids.

As far as the staff is concerned they have always been polite and helpful to me and my fiance. We've only had to deal with them maybe twice since we moved in as well.

I hear my upstairs neighbors more now than ever, I think it is new people since we moved in but I can't be sure. That just recently started this past month though and I've been there for 6. Usually it is only when they are running across the floor or running their shower or bath.

Ha! It's funny you say this because, while I have missed a few of the other horrible stories...I have stopped letting my kids play outside with the other kids...I've also about DIED when I seen my Vectren bill jump from 30 to 80 bucks....because the insulation in my apartment doesn't exist! It is always 10 degrees cooler in my kids room (I have a clock that takes temperature so I'm not exaggerating) and you can hear the wind like you are outside. OH and I asked about renting the clubhouse and apparently it's being remodeled. I wanted to rent it in March. That's 2 months away....and remodeled for what? It looked fine when I was in there last as far as other things that need money spent on them versus the club house. So yeah...lease is up in August. I'm over apartments all together.

I doubt a renter posted this. Probably theoffice staff trying to make it sound better than what it is. No way is this possibly true!! I can't wait to move!! This place is terrible!
