My wife and I have lived here for a little over a year. When we moved in the apartments, they were nicer. The people were nice and respectable. But now...All of "those" people have moved out! They have been replaced with trailer trash!! Knife fights in the breezeways, broken eggs on the sidewalks everyday, trash bags not in the dumpsters. Appliances constantly broken inside. Poor upkeep. Bad insulation and the windows are old. It's having them open in the middle of winter.. The heating bills are outrageous! Even after they put the plastic up. Bad management, the new owners are the worst ever. Horrible office hours. Bad parents that let their kids run wild at all hours of the day and night. No respect for neighbors. Drug dealers and hoodlum teens pushing dope. Why am I still here' We are building a house and have to wait until it's finished. That day cannot come soon enough. But, if you like the Ghetto style of living....Come on over, and get a lowered rent apartment. Guys knocking on the doors late at night selling "magazines"! Kids fighting at the bus stops. Vehicles getting scrathed, sit on, hit with balls, and broken into. Hope you insurance is paid up! A fitness room that half the equipment is broken or rigged. A pool that has no lifeguard or anyone watching and the kids throw ---- in the pool, including the pool chairs! The grounds are horrible. No grass, muddy as hell. No assigned parking, so good luck finding a spot by your building!! Residents that have five cars, and never move them. Hell, one even has an orange tow tag on it!! It's still sitting there! Staff that don't care. What else can I say......KEEP OUT!!!! Save your money. See a good realtor like Keller&Williams and buy a house!!!

Yep. All TRUE!! I live there too! Counting down the days until I can move out!! This place has gone to hell!! I'm scared to let my kids go outside. Most of the units are empty now, people are starting to wise up! If it didn't cost so much to break my lease, I would be gone today!!

I haven't seen all of the above mentioned but I'm starting to see it..a lot of that is because the hours I work I probably miss it!...I loved it when I first came back in July!! In one month time my gas Vectren bill went from 30 to 80 bucks!! My kids room is always freezing...about 10 degrees cooler than the rest of the house...The insulation is AWFUL. I don't let my kids play outside with the other kids either! Over the summer/fall months I had to yell at more than one of the neighborhood kids and tell them to stay away from my kids and house!

We have an amazing maintenance staff that addresses any and all issues that are brought to their attention. If you don't call in issues, they cannot be remedied. Please do not hesitate to call us with any issues, inside or outside of your apartment. We will address them immediately. Thanks!
