WORST complex I ever lived in.

And I have lived in many in the last 12 years I've been in/around Indianapolis. Because my brain starts swimming with anger when I think about Brownsburg Crossing, it is difficult for me to determine where to begin. To say that the staff are "unreasonable" would be an understatement worthy of an award, particularly ------, who is a genuine wench with no idea how to conduct business. (I have since moved out of BBCX and sincerely hope that for Christmas she got FIRED, as I know she did not have the support of new property management.) The apartments are outrageously overpriced and are in desperate need of modern makeover, as is the entire complex, and it's easier to bust the lock and have it replaced rather than pay TWENTY-FIVE dollars to have your own apartment unlocked! So much for courtesy that creates a community!! Even the simplest of nicks goes unnoticed, and lawn maintenance is abhorable. I'll mention again that the staff sucks, which seems to be a running theme in these reviews about BBCX! Never have I rented from a lazier, unfriendlier, more ignorant lot. Brownsburg is a nice town, but please have faith when I recommend that you find a different complex to live in to keep Brownsburg's inherent pleasantry alive. BBCX will surely destroy it. I lived here from 2002-2003, when it wasn't SO bad (different management staff and more community spirit), and made the mistake of coming back in 2007 (family). I can't believe what a wretched experience it's been. With several months still left on our lease, we moved into another place and continued to pay rent on this one just to get the Hell out!! Seems that others have done so, as well. Volumes spoken.
