Honestly, I don't even know where to begin. For starters, lets begin with the staff at Brownsburg Crossing Apartments. They are absolutely rude, unprofessional, and ignorant. When it comes to signing leases, aquiring money, and/or passing out apartment policy changes, the staff is top-notch. Otherwise, they are no help. Did you know that apartment policies are altered on the fly by the staff at Brownsburg Crossing Apartments' Yes it's true. When they're backed into a corner, the only way out of a situation (even though THEY KNOW it's their fault) is to create an impromptu policy change that frees them of any blame. Don't even get me started on how to properly mail in a rent check to them. Did you also know that mailing a rent check takes 9 days to get to their office when it's mailed from only 10 miles away' Hmmmm... For some reason, the United States Postal Service runs pretty slow when mail is delivered to their office. It's also easy for them to "look the other way" on rent checks so that they conveniently pass due dates. Then they charge you outragous late fees for each day that it's late until it's paid in full. I've been a victim of this game. I mailed my rent check in ample enough time to get to their office way before the due date. For some reason, my check got lost. I was called by their staff a few days after the due date (not knowing that my rent was late) and I was told that I needed to pay my rent along with all the late fees. Being stupified, dumbfounded, and very upset, I paid the rent along with all the ridiculous late fees. I was called, once again, by the staff at Brownsburg Crossing Apartments (7 days later) notifying me that my original rent check "mysteriously" showed up. I immediately asked about the date of the postmark on the envelope. Well, conveniently, the envelope was thrown away. The only "proof" that would solve this whole mystery. To prove the check was actually "lost" in THEIR office. I don't live there anymore, but I'm still paying on the lease that I can't get out of. My recommendation is to keep on looking....DO NOT move here.

Actually, on the contrary to your obviously one sided views that are probably trying to hide a serious mistake you made, the staff here is great! They have been very professional, gave me the benefit of the doubt when I had major room-mate problems, and are always very friendly and professional with me. I have found that in my one year of living here that anything the staff gets on to me about is my fault, and I have no reason to be angry at them. Perhaps you are just trying to cover for your own shortcomings! I will gladly live here until my lease us up!

Yes you will Krista! Yes, I know it's you, I love that management gets in here and makes nice comments to try to help your miserable little apartment complex!
