MOVE ON!

First of all you can't even access the apartment complex without going behind a few buildings on a few little backroads for the next several months. The apartments conveniently notified us of this fact the day before 56th was shut down. If you're ever expecting a delivery, expect to always pick it up from the apartment office, because deliveries don't seem to come to my door ever (and I'm here all day long). They don't even leave notes that deliveries were left with the office.
This complex is seriously confused as to what constitutes and emergency needing maintenance. The maintenance staff is very kind and pleasant when they are here. However their 'fixes' are whatever takes care of the problem right away, not fixing something long term. I was told all of the apartments have problems with leaky sinks because the fixtures weren't the right size, but they're only fixing them when you complain.
I get a new policy change or paper about some rule on my door almost all the time. I've never lived anywhere that was so strict and uptight. This is not a fun place to live, and I've hated the entire experience. It's also not a safe place to live. There have been a rash of car break-ins since we moved in as well.
