Whats all the fuss about'

Good lord. It seems the only thing people do on this website is gripe. But in all seriousness, I lived at the property for 21 months and enjoyed it. I had problems with a room-mate after awhile and the staff was patient with me and gave me the benefit of the doubt. The manager, Cassie Batie, let me re-work my lease and move in to a cheaper unit that I could afford. I was actually quite humbled that the management was so down-to-earth and understanding of my situation. I really don't understand all these angry people bashing them and saying that the management are snobs, because I never saw it once in my 21 months there. The maintenance staff is great, and very prompt. I never had to wait more than a day after I put a work order in for maintenance. The only aspect of living there I didn't like is the utilities---most places will pay for water, sewage, and trash. Here you don't. That and natural gas is expensive in the winter. Afer my lease for the one bedroom expired, I moved to a cheaper place closer to work. If I was making a little more money, I would have stayed, because I felt like I was part of the community and very greatful for the staff for their hard work and curteous attitude. All except KF---she is a little on the sassy side.
