There's a good reason we're griping!

If you compare this apartment with any of the offerings around Indianapolis, you can't help but come to the same conclusion - this apartment complex is crap. It's so bad I'm thinking about breaking my lease just to get the hell out of here. The insulation is CRAP, the windows are so drafty it impacts the heating bill, the neighbors leave crap in the hallways and the road, and maintenance will help themselves in without so much as a knock! Not to mention, the carpet looks like it's at least 10 years old. It's badly matted in front of the doorway and will not vacuum clean! I've never felt so cheated out of a lease in my entire life! If you move here, you WILL regret it!
