I am absolutely appalled with this shady apartment complex! The apartments are quite simply trash. I was already looking into getting the hell outta Dodge... this will make that a sure thing! I just received a bill from a utility company... the apartment is charging for trash sewer and water - and it's free per the lease!! I called up the utility company and they said they just started using their service and added my apartment to it. I cannot believe the gall these people have to bill me for utilities that are included in the amount I pay every month! If you want to be ripped off, go right ahead and move into this hellhole! On top of that, my washer has been broke over a week and the office will not replace it! I've had tub leaks that they will not fix, and my garbage disposer is broken too!
