This used to be a nice place but since the old manager left in Feb (of this year-2005) this place has gone down hill! The new "assistant manager" and the new "area manager" refuse to anythng about the speeding & reckless driving through the apartment complex, the drug activity,the total disregard of the rules such as the loud music, the kids, the parties, large & more than 1 animal and in a non pet building, the place is always full of trash & cigarette butts, the maintenance staff is rude and they come in & out of your apartment whenever they feel like it without notifying you and to top it off is the "favorites" such as the Assistant manager & maintenance staffs parents & friends can do whatever and no one does a darn thing. It Is just going to the pits here and I have been here since day one and I am not planning on renewing (unless the other manager returns) but I don't see that happening as they have ran her off for good! It is sad that Brownsburg gets a good opportunity like this complex that can actually help people and they let it go like this. It is really a shame!
