My wife and I have been here over three years now and when this lease is up, we are GONE! We pretty much keep to ourselves and since we've been here, my vehicle has been broken into and had the stereo stolen and my wife has had major vandalism done to her car as well. My neighbors have also had their cars damages. These kids treat the parking lot as if it were their own skate park and management does absolutely NOTHING about it. All the good people are moving out and the bad people are moving in. Of course the prices here will seem cheap because they have to lower their prices to get people to come. Avoid this apartment complex unless you enjoy being awakened at all hours of the night from dogs barking and kids screaming and stereos being played too loud!
