Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
Lots of issues here. There is no one enforcing the rules and lots of bad things going on. There is never maintenance around when you need them, There has been water damage to my apartment twice now and it ntakes them long periods of time to get back to repair the problems. The grounds are not kept up and there seems to be a lot of "rif-raf" here.
