About a month ago I was looking for a new apartment and a friend recommended this property to me so I called and arranged a time to go take a look.
When I arrived at the office I had to sit and wait for about thirty minutes while the apartment manager and a resident argued over a noise issue. When she finally welcomed me to the office I was informed it would be another 20 to 30 minutes before she could see me.
When she finally met with me I was informed that the only units they had available were for low income tenets and that I did not qualify. She told me that I could be placed on a wait list but there were already a few people on it. By that time I was angry and just left.
Even if they had an opening the next day I would not have taken it...I mean if they waste my time like that and give me the go around when I am not yet a renter I cant imagine how awful it would be to actually be a renter.
