My Mother has lived in these apartments for a few years and I am appalled at the lack of management. The manager is never in the office. Same with the maintenance, guy is never there. The place is just trashy. Literally has trash all over the grounds and outside the dumpsters.
Sure it's cheap, but it's not worth exposing yourself to the mold problems and God knows what else. These places are so old, they should be condemned. It sounds like the people who live above my Mother could fall through her floor at any minute, that how squeaky the floors are.
I'm getting my Mother out of there soon, but thought I would leave this review, just to let anyone else know that they will definitely get cheap if they want it...and so much more. Police are there almost every night, kids run the grounds unattended, parking is so inadequate that everyone has to park on the road, making it difficult to get in and out.
