I am so disappointed and disillusioned with living here. The apartments are beautiful and I really love the spacious kitchen, but there are so many trashy people moving into the complex. Don't want to sound elitist, but the place is starting to look crummy: trash/cigarette butts in the breezeway, not to mention kids' bikes and toys, and junk infested patios! People just don't take pride in their living area at all and management is not enforcing the rules. I would have to agree with the other review about the office staff - I don't feel like they do a very professional job. There has been an ongoing problem with vandalism on the property this past summer (thankfully I have not been a victim). I am plagued with stomping noise from residents above and keep complaining with no real results from the management. I am looking to move somewhere else - it's a real shame because I really love my roomy apartment, but I'm tired of the ongoing problems and worried about the direction this place is heading.
