First of all, their staff is consistently rude--especially the assistant manager. Second, they inspect the hell out of these places. I do not trust the maintenance staff at all. They come in without notice or permission. At least 4 times for me in 5 months! Once when I was not dressed they walked in without a knock. The apartments are very nice, spacious and a great price, but I agree with another reviewer...the people here are getting trashier and trashier. This might be the best place to rent for the vicinity, but I'd strongly go to a nearby city if you can. They are slow to fix things and don't do anything at all about distrubances. One day, I was sleeping during day for a night shift and a horn was honking outside my window for 9 hrs! Management did nothing. They leave notices on my door at least once a week about some kind of different inspection. Can't they get them done at once! In 6 months my apt has been inspected more than 13 times! (everyone)

I live at Aberdeen, and this is simply not true! The inspections are every three months so that they can change the furnace/air conditioning filters and test the smoke detectors. They give ample notice (several days) and do not walk in unannounced. They are in the apartment a couple of minutes. There was another time this year they recertified the fire extenquisher and then made a return trip to change the certification tag, again with plenty of notice and it lasted a minute or two. Which of these things would you ask them not to do. As a tenant, I appreciated them and felt they benefited me.
