I wanted to give a GREAT review for the Maintenance Staff expecially the new guy Mike. Mike came into my apartment a couple of times to take a look at my dishwasher this has been an on going problem for me. Mike found the problem in a flash. I think they should promote him asap! He has went out of his way to make sure everything was done in my home. I think if ALL the staff took time to make sure we were happy with our units then more people would stay here. It doesn't matter to me if they have pool parties or if they take out our trash it's the way they tend to issues in a timely matter. I have not had the greatest run-ins with the girls in the office they tend to be rude and don't really do much. It takes more then some one showing off there "boobs" to make residents happy. They tend to all be children and as we all know there is no room for children in a perfossinal work place. I think the new Supervisor I think his name is Eric we don't see much of him ever besides hanging out in the office needs to be demoted down to a postion more suitable to his lack of wanting to work. Maybe they should find him something where he can sit all day because that seems to be what you always see him doing. As far as the other two guys there Great. Mike the grounds keeper takes pride in the way his property looks and does a dang great job at it. The other guy Frank does an awsome job getting the units ready. Way to go to all of those who WORK HARD! here.

I do know what you mean I see it all the tim around here. If the office staff could get replaced and the maintenance supervisor could get replaced I think things would be great. The other maintenance staff gets worked to death while the supervisor sits in the office chatting all day with the girls whom do nothing as well. They think there sitting there looking all hot and that will reant units well sorry to say but NOT! The breeze ways look awful and I am soryy there will be nothing done about it. There to busy looking for events to plan so they get more time to hang out with residents instead of doing anything productive.
