Management/Maintenance Supervisor From: terriableexperience Date posted: 5/22/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   First I would like to take the oppourtunity to say I live here as an employee. Well as a former employee now. I worked here for 22days and it was just awful. I seen alot in just 22days of working and living here. On Tuesday morning I got let go for doing my job. The maintenace so called supervisor is a piece of work all in itself. However there would be no sense in saying comments about him because at this point it does not matter. All I can say is hopefully the next person will last 23days longer than I did. I have almost 10 years in the apartment industry and this guy has only 3 years and he thinks he is untouchable when it comes to anybody. Warning do not disagree with anything this guy tells you due to he will cry like a baby until he gets his own way. On tuesday he did not even have the guts to tell me what was going on at all. He waited to go up to the office then call me on my personal phone and told to come up to the office. Then they ask you to sit down and the property which is really something says you are on a probationary period and we feel that its not going to work out. No explanation of why or nothing. Then she tells me that you have a copy of your lease and says you have 10 days to move out. This is by far the worst experience from an employer I ever had to go through. To me evauating a employee for 22 days and letting some go in that span is a shame. It seems like the Maintenace Supervisor has alot of say around here. Maybe they should have him run the property. God help the next person who comes in to this place after me. I will estimate the next person will last maybe a month. Now I see why Levon and Mike were let go. They did jobs and were let go due to a maintenance supervisor that cried every time he did not get his own way he would cry wolf. Maybe the management team does see how things are going around there. Maybe they need to sit down with the other part of the maintenance staff and just talk to them about him. Then they will see what I am talkin about. They told me many times on occasion to watch my back or this guy will stab you in the back. I minded my own business did not care and said nothing. See where that got me now. However I am to far experieced for this to be a let down. I will land somewhere,where they treat you with respect that you deserve.
