The location of the apartment is very ideal, if you like living in a very quiet area. I enjoyed living in the area, but if you dont have children this is not the place for you. There is alot of unsupervised children running wild around the complex. During the summer it was impossible to even go to the pool because the children were running and/or jumping into the pool. There were also a number of times I went to the office to address a problem to find an out of office sign, this happened a number of times. This also happened with fixing the dishwasher that leaked, which they continued to tell me I was operating it wrong. Almost half of our vents didnt not work properly so this caused out utility bill to be much higher. Many of the residents would throw their trash on the ground outside of our patio, when I reported this I was told I should take the action myself! The overall apartment was really nice. I believe the apartment staff appeared to be very personable to get us to sign a lease but after that point it was almost nonexistant. Good place to live if you have school age children.
