I have lived on the east and southside of indy for 8 years. These apartments are the best I have lived in, EVER! I love the fact that they go off your income, I know to some that sounds awful but they are not what you think. It is worth looking at at least. The office manager is really a lovely person to be around and she lives on site. The maintenance is great here, you have a problem they are there that day or the next, like promised when you sign your lease, unlike other apartments. The community is keept up to par.
I have two young children that play at the park, and there is a big feild were older kids can play baseball/football. My husband and I go there to toss a baseball around while the kids run all over the field playing with there t-ball set or their inflatable ball.
The fact that it is isolated is awesome. It is very quiet at night. I would say it is a lovely place to raise your children or an elder could live in peace and quite from the outside world. I've lived here for over 2 years and dont want to leave. The only reason why I would leave is if, God willing, could get a house so my children can have a back yard of their own.
Recommend, yes I would and have. I would do so over and over again!

Yes the income part is great and you are lucky to have never had any problems so far with anything. My husband took a pay cut at work but they refused to lower our rent accordingly. The apartments themselves were nice, but I wouldn't go as far as calling them great because they were drafty and stained. Please do the apartment ratings community a favor and update your post if you ever move. That is when I had all my problems with the staff. See if you have those same difficulties.
