Bedroom is SO COLD, explaination I get is well that is how they are, its a construction issue.

My response...

FIX IT! Ans the windows leak, again, construction flaw....

FIX IT! Yo built it, you manage it, you should fix it!

Maintenance is slow and grouchy.

TYhe office staff is nice, but there smiles and promises are getting old.
