I must say that I've never felt unsafe in this apartment. My neighbors are nice, and the office personnel are welcoming. The bedroom does get cold in the winter, and that's my main complaint. I never hear other noise or conversations. In the winter, the parking lot wasn't usually cleared of ice/snow. I think if those are my major complaints though, I'm doing pretty good. This really is a nice place.
