We lived in another amli complex and had a problem. They offered to transfer us to Carmel Center. I am so glad we did. The apartment was beautiful, staff was attentive. We did have the A/C go out one weekend and they put us in a hotel for the night until it was fixed - great customer service. We built a new house, but that was our only reason for leaving this place. I have referred several people to the complex and others that I have met there are very happy! We will miss the apartment, even though we love our new home.
