There are barking dogs constantly next to the AMLI Carmel Center. Just walk outside and you'll definitely hear them. Annoying. Another aspect not apparent when you tour: you have to drag your trash a distance since there is only ONE dumpster. And this is luxury' Must pay for your water bill on top of rent. Several hidden prices. Walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors. Laminate tiles in bathroom and kitchen constantly become unglued to floor. Water pressure is low. Looks very nice from outside. Office staff tends to be a little foo-foo'ish and snobby. Watch out for the gym - the machines are not the greatest. Go someplace cheaper unless you are totally thrilled with having a lame Carmel address. AMLI is soon selling this property, too. (according to Duke Energy).
