RUN don't walk away from NTS Carmel center

Just to be clear I have lived here for 2 years, and other than paying too much in rent I have been happy until the property was recently sold to NTS. I went without air conditioning for a month during the heat wave in late July/early August. The office staff is completely incompetent, and bitchy. I hope you like barking dogs, because you CAN hear them from any apartment on the property. The trash plies up on the ground around the (not so central) trash compactor, and stinks/looks like ----. I just can't believe the people who gave this property a good review, they must not have lived here long enough. So I'm telling you as a unbiased 2 year resident to run away from Carmel Center. Seriously RUN FAST. I feel bad for all the current residents who signed year leases before the property was sold.
