I like this place but it has some issues

I really think the maintenance crew is good but there are problems with the electricity in our building. I hope that is fixed. And yes the dogs are very loud, especially on Sunday mornings. The apartments are beautiful but the walls are paper thin. Everytime someone walks on the floor above us, it actually echos. I think the rent is a little high for what you are getting. That is not the staff's fault but I think the builders. You can actually hear your neighbors conversations.
