I really love Carmel Center Apartments. While, Yes, You can hear the dog kennel that borders the apartment, I am in the building directly adjacent to them and they don't bother me. Maintenance has been so helpful whenever I've had any issues in my apartment and the office staff has been nothing but friendly!.
I would definately recommend Carmel Center to anyone looking for an apartment in Carmel that has a great location (by the Monon, Clay Terrace, etc) with good prices for the product you are getting. BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq

You must live in an upstairs apt for sure. I would really like to know if you do since we live ground level and hear everything going on upstairs...even popping floor boards and stomping while they 'walk'. and can hear their conversations. It's a nightmare here...if you do live upstairs, be careful, your neighbors below can hear EVERYTHING!
