Terrible construction

Construction is terrible, you can hear everything and the insulation is horrible with high electric billings in the winter if you don't want to freeze to death. Hopefully you will find something better in the area. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji

I lived at Carmel Center back in 2005 and had the same problem. I loved my apartment but I was on the first floor and heard the upstairs neighbors stomping around constantly. I never heard the neighbors around me, just above me. That was my only complaint about the place. Try to get a unit on the top floor.

THANK YOU! Finally someone who has lived on the first floor and knows what it is like! I sure wish I would of known about this site before moving in! We are moving soon and I can't wait! I hope that you were able to get a nice place. I feel bad for the next tenant
