I live at Carmel center now, moved in August 07 its now Nov 07.

We're in a townhouse, its smaller than were used to but functional.

The office staff have always been helpful as have the maintenance staff when we've needed help.

The main things against the property are a construction site bordering the site on one side. Large cranes and stuff outside, from earlier in the morning than I want to hear it. It's made that side of the house dangerous for the kids with large machinery moving around.

The more serious thing though is lazy dog owners living here, at first glance there are green spaces around, but it soon becomes clear if you stray off the path that they are just dumping grounds for lazy dog owners who don't pick up.

Its not safe to walk across the grass without your eyes to the ground and certainly not safe for kids to play.

Suitable for dog owners perhaps, but I'd discourage anyone with children from living here.

no..Way too expensive for me.The elevators are dirty and i had to tell the staff about buggers from loose kids being smeared on the stainless steele part/the hallways are pssy smelling form all the animal owners.this is a pet motel!
