I think Carmel Center is a lovely place to live. I have been here about 3 years now and so have been here from when it was still AMLI to now being NTS. NTS is a really good management company! Only thing is I wonder why this website is still calling it AMLI Carmel Center. It's 2009, get with the times!

B- for noise
A for location
C for rents (but only because it's luxury and you pay for the location)
