I've lived here almost a year and the office is a bunch of idiots. It's pretty incredible. They will set up appointments with you to do a "walk-through" of your apartment that apparently they do yearly and they won't show up. They seem to have a fear of calling people back as well.

The floors creak SoSOSOS bad in the upstairs bedrooms of our town home, and I can even hear the neighboors every time they take a step in their upstairs...wow. i feel like i'm going to fall through one of these days. I'm moving out in 2 months...THANK GOD.

In conclusion...this place is not properly taken care of, and i see them being the carmel/westfeild slums in a few years...

oh and did i mention that my pictures fall out off the walls because the drywall is so bad it can't hold nails...and the doors are warped so if my roomate closes her door...she's stuck
