Worst Apartment i have ever heard of. Don't Move here

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
This Complex wa the worst managed apartment community I have ever heard of. Far and away the worst place i have ever lived. Tiffany and Stephanie tell you things around the house will get fixed, but they don't ever come out. The buildings are falling apart and the windows feel like they are open during the winter. But the management has a zero tolerance for a day late on the rent. Your have to live up to you end of the deal, but they are free to live up to whatever they feel like.
