Horrible apartments Horrible management

These apartments are awful. The worst in the city, and they try to get you to pay Carmel and Westfield Rents. Ha! The management is rude and condesending, the maintenance staff have to deal with the management and don't ever stay for more than a few months. Horrible Place to live. Send your enemies here, not your friends.
