Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
It was like living in the ghetto, except you pay Carmel and Westfield prices. Everything in this place is rundown and beat up. from the lights to steetsigns to the aprtments everything was in bad shape. the management didnt ever bother to fix anything probably because they knew it was all going to fall apart again, anyways. You don't want to live here.
