From day one I have had problems with my 2 bedroom townhouse. The water heater has gone out over 150 times......this is no exaggeration. This becomes a huge problem in the winter. When we moved in the carpet was matted down, there was pen scribbling all over one of the bedroom walls, there were very apparent water stains in the ceiling in the main room, my dish washer has NEVER worked, the grounds are covered with pet fecies, the lawn hardly ever gets mowed. They just went into new management recently. They seem to be worse than the first management. I have heard stories that people had to escorted by the cops to turn in their rent, only to get the rent check torn up in their face...I am not sure of the whole story. The pool is nasty. There is a nasty "pee" slime on the bottom of the pool that seems to "hide" from maintenence. I had heard that they are not even opening the pool this year. I have seen the cops there several times arresting stupid teens and apparent drug dealers.
