Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007
I stayed at Treetop of Carmel for over 3 years before moving to a different state. I have to admit that the older management was pretty bad at being prompt with maintenance, but overall I was pretty happy with the apartment complex. I moved from one apartment to another in the same complex without any new deposit requirements. And the best thing was that when I moved out (after 3 years) they refunded everything, including the security deposit and the unused days rent for the month I moved out. If you are realistic about what an apartment can provide, this is a pretty nice place to stay.
