We have now moved out of Woodland Trace. They have recently replaced everyone in the management office within the past several months. During our move out inspection, we breifly met some very nice staff. I would assume that they had nothing to lose by being themselves, since we were moving out. From what I have heard they have replaced the management staff several times in the past 5 years, so things might be different (but be aware of these facts).
The move out inspection was performed to our satisfaction.
