I'll live in the streets before I'd live here again

If you are looking for below-sub-standard living conditions, you've come to the right place! When you sign your lease, get ready for poor maintenance, false promises and an office staff that changes by the day and will tell you anything to get off the phone and then promptly deny ever speaking to you!
To add to the excitement of living in the ghetto, you will receive old appliances that rarely work, leaky tubs and ceilings that fall in! But! You will enjoy these luxuries for a long, long time because maintenance will not be there for WEEKS. And you'll have such fun waiting all day long for several days for them to even show up!
If you DO decide to live here (after a 99% bad review from everyone else who has posted'!) then bring along a pad of paper and pencil and write EVERYTHING down when dealing with the staff and the condition of your apartment. It will be your only recourse when you get ready to leave.
I would live in the streets before I would live at this complex.
