If you're into broken appliances such as dishwashers, refrigerators and toilets...come to Woodland Trace where they get off lying to your face! Call, after call, after call to the office for one thing or another and they act disturbed that you're speaking with them. They'll rush you off of the phone...tell you what you want to hear (anything at all, just to hang up quickly) and of course your issue will never be resolved. never!
Different managers come along and we get our hopes up thinking something good will happen and changes will be made....well we've been thru 3-4 already and if anything, it's gotten much worse!

I highly recommend looking elsewhere for a place to call home. You wouldn't be happy living here when you're angry at the management/maintenance EVERY DAY! Honestly!
