This place stinks.

We chose Carmel for many reasons, and overall we've been pleased (with Carmel). It's a great city, but there are better apartment complexes around than Woodland Trace.

The maintenance staff is clumsy and incompetent; but good luck getting them out here in the first place! The typical routine is call about 6 or 7 times, wait about a month, then they'll be out to "look" at the problem; not fixing it but concealing it until they're gone from your apartment. The management staff is worse. They rotate their people more than a basketball team, so you're explaining your same problems with different people every time. And I've been lied to by probably every single one of them, including the managers and district manager.

Anyway, save yourself from the stress - go live somewhere else.
