Can You Contact the Owners of the Property, PLEASE'

My family and I have lived at Woodland Trace for going on six years. Some tenants have lived here since they were built -- hard to imagine. We have placed numerous telephone calls to have some maintenance done in our apartment and keep getting the same story. After a testy conversation regarding a toliet interruption with a maintenance guy, he stayed and fixed the problem, and oh, "it was a few minutes after he was to get off but he would take care of it, this time."
We have seen no less than five management crews and maintenance crews come and go. I would like to find out who owns this property. I used to be close the property management of apartment complexes in TN and have never seen the lack of management as it is now. Just because they try to do some FUN tenant events which are laiden with undesirable looking people, they think it's a great place to live.
Can we get some help here from the owners' Hire a reliable, friendly staff that takes pride in its work and makes the property shine. It is a super location but we see people moving out constantly. What does that say for the complex'
