Another Long Term Resident

After nine years here, I'm moving out of state to be near my granchildren. With the change in ownership 3-4 years ago, the Governor Square management has been an improvement. Maintenance issues are now decided locally. I have been satisfied with service. The office staff turn over has been very low - a good indicator how manangement looks upon staff and the residents. To be a renter doesn't have the same assetiveness rights as being a home owner. The golden rule does work. The office staff listens and has good perception skills. There a a number of long term residents here. It has been home for me.
