Simply, the on-site management staff is a joke. They are rude, unprofessional and don't care about the residents or the complex. The complex is junky, unkept and truly a dump. You will waste so much time and energy by even looking at this complex ... just run away!

I agree. The grounds are badly kept, no landscaping, leaves everywhere, the people they hire to keep the grounds do a terrible job, they just walk around doing nothing and staring at women. Please look at "Woodland Springs" before you come over here....

Go buy a billbard or out an ad in the paper if you want to peddle your woodland promotions I started to get the feeling a majority of these negative reviews are coming from woodland staff, they pretend to be a tenet, write a long review, then end with "oh, by the way, check out woorland!" lol Are you guys that desperate for tenets? Yeeesh!
