I have lived at Governor's square for 9 months now, and I intend to stay put. I cannot speak for other people's past experience, but mine has been pretty darned good. The maintanance people AND the office staff have gone out there way to help me resolve issues, and have been both considerate nad cooperative.
Like most businesses these days, they are clearly understaffed and this IS an older complex. But that is more than compensated for by that MOST CRITICAL OF ALL qualifications -- location, location, location.
Every service needed on a daily basis is within walking distance: 2 major food stores, dozens of restaurants (both fast food and full service), three drug stores, two gas stations-- all within a block or two.
THAT is hard to beat!
