I've lived at Lakes of Carmel since the beginning of July. Coming from the apartment industry I was a little nervous to find a letter on my door stating the community was sold; I knew it could only mean changes and more than likely problems.
They were a little slow on the painting but now that everything is done it looks very nice. The staff has been friendly and helpful. I had a problem with my dishwasher and it was promptly replaced, which is not always common in apartment living. I do have a neighbor upstairs that gets a little loud at times but other that that I guess I would say - so far so good.

i think this site is semi helpful while i appreciate reading how others view the apartments this website fails to show vital imformation where it can be seen like rent prices, if utilities are included, if pets or smoking is allowed just some things to keep in mind
